A note on compliance all Australian employers should be aware of: Work health and safety laws across most Australian states and territories require employers to identify and manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace. AI tools are introducing a new category of workplace risks, including automation anxiety, monitoring stress, change fatigue, and loss of autonomy, that fall within that duty of care. This applies to every Australian employer regardless of size or sector. This is general information only. Your specific obligations depend on your circumstances and jurisdiction. The Conversation
A free 30 minute conversation. No pitch. Just clarity.
We talk about where your business stands: your strategic priorities, your people challenges, your AI exposure, and what is getting in the way of the progress you want to make. We listen, ask the right questions, and give you a genuine picture of where to focus.
Most leaders leave this conversation with more clarity than they expected and a clear sense of whether the diagnostic would be useful for them.
What we cover
- Your current strategic position and where you want to be in 12–24 months
- Your AI exposure: what tools are being used, how, and by whom
- Your people and leadership challenges: turnover, capability, culture, and change fatigue
- Where the biggest risks and opportunities are for your specific business
Who this is for
Any SME owner, CEO, or senior leader who wants a clearer picture of where their business stands. You do not need a specific problem to start this conversation. Many clients come simply wanting to think out loud with someone who understands strategy, people, and AI together.

The Humainify Diagnostic
A structured assessment across all three pillars: people capability, AI readiness, and operational clarity. Runs with your leadership team in half a day. Delivers a clear traffic light report with prioritised recommendations and indicative benchmarks drawn from published research.
How scoring works
What you receive
- A completed diagnostic with scores across all three pillars
- A clear traffic-light report showing where your business stands
- Indicative benchmarks drawn from published research
- A prioritised list of recommendations tailored to your context
- A debrief session with your leadership team to walk through findings
$2,500 – $5,000
Depending on team size and scope. Half day facilitated session + written report. Investment credited toward the Program if you proceed.
A structured 90 day engagement built around the findings from your diagnostic. We work with your leadership team to address the gaps, build genuine capability, and embed lasting change across people, AI, and operations.
How the Program is structured
Diagnose & Design
Complete the diagnostic (if not already done). Identify the three highest impact shifts across strategy, people, and AI. Build your 90 day action plan with your leadership team.
Deliver
Implement agreed shifts with structured support. Practical AI staff training sessions. Weekly async check ins. Fortnightly 60 minute strategy calls. Tools and frameworks your team can use independently.
Embed & Measure
Consolidate changes. Re-score against the diagnostic baseline. Deliver a reflective summary report comparing key indicators to support your own assessment and board or owner reporting.
What the Program is designed to build
- A clearer, more executable strategy your team actually understands
- Staff who use AI confidently, responsibly, and productively
- Stronger people foundations: lower turnover risk, better manager capability
- Board ready reporting on culture, AI governance, and operational performance
Advisory Retainer
For SME leaders who want ongoing access to a trusted advisor without the cost of a full time executive hire. The Advisory Retainer gives you a structured monthly engagement covering strategic check ins, practical support, and a sounding board for the decisions that matter.
Most retainer clients use it for: quarterly strategic reviews, ongoing AI governance support, people and culture guidance as issues arise, and board reporting preparation. Scope and pricing are agreed based on your needs.
Many clients move from the Program into a retainer, retaining the advisory relationship while the day-to-day work continues internally.
What the retainer includes
- Monthly 90 minute strategic advisory session
- Async support between sessions via email or video
- Quarterly re-score against your diagnostic baseline
- Board and owner reporting support each quarter
- Priority access for emerging people, AI, or operational issues
$2,000 – $5,000 /month
Scope and pricing agreed based on your needs. No lock in beyond 90 days.
What inaction actually costs
For a 20-person business, the cost of not addressing these gaps can be significant. These figures are based on Australian research benchmarks and are provided for general context only.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before getting started. Not answered here? Ask us directly.
No. While health and community services is an area of deep expertise for our founders, Humainify works with SMEs and organisations across professional services, trade, technology, and operations. If you have people, a strategy, and AI tools entering your business, the work is relevant. We recommend a free conversation to assess fit.
It depends on where your team is starting from. For most SMEs, it begins with building practical confidence: helping staff understand what AI tools can and cannot do, how to use them responsibly in their specific roles, and how to raise concerns when something does not feel right. We also cover governance, making sure your organisation has clear policies around AI use, data handling, and decision-making. The goal is a team that uses AI as a genuine tool, not a reluctant or uninformed user of it.
We facilitate structured strategic planning sessions with your leadership team, typically a half day or full day offsite, that produce a clear, prioritised plan your team can actually execute. The process covers where you are now, where you want to be, what is getting in the way, and what the next 12 months should focus on. We do not produce a 60 page document that sits in a drawer. We produce a one page strategic frame and a 90 day action plan your team owns.
Not necessarily. If your organisation already has a clear understanding of its gaps, a Program can be designed from that baseline. However, the Diagnostic provides an objective, evidence based foundation that ensures the Program addresses your actual priorities rather than assumptions. The Diagnostic investment ($2,500–$5,000) is credited toward the Program if you proceed.
The Advisory Retainer is a monthly engagement for leaders who want ongoing access to strategic and operational support without the cost of a full-time executive hire. It's designed for SME owners and leadership teams who want a trusted sounding board, regular strategic check ins, and practical support navigating people, AI, and business decisions as they arise. Retainer scope and pricing is agreed based on your needs, typically $2,000–$5,000 per month.
The standard Program is a 90 day structured engagement. We have found 90 days is the window where meaningful, measurable change can be built and verified. The first month focuses on diagnosing gaps and designing the approach. The second month implements agreed changes with structured support. The third month embeds the changes and measures against the starting baseline so you have something concrete to report to your board or leadership team.
Work health and safety laws across most Australian states and territories require employers to identify, assess and control psychosocial hazards in the workplace. As AI tools become embedded in everyday work, the risks they introduce, including monitoring stress, automation anxiety, and change fatigue, fall within that duty of care.
